Attorney Zuzanna Brocka-Balbi graduated in law with first-class honours at the II University of Naples - 1999. She gained a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Comparative, European and International Law from the European University Institute – 2001.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar and registered with the Bar of Pavia and with the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors (Foreign Lawyers).
She has a thorough knowledge of different industry sectors and areas of law gained with leading international and national law firms and with the Italian regulatory authority for energy.
Her particular strength is her versatility and wealth of international experience. She specialises in commercial and corporate law, with particular reference to cross-border transactions and legal issues.
She cooperates with Institutions and entrepreneurial associations both in Italy and Poland. She assists clients in Italian, Polish and English and has a good knowledge of Russian.
